Welcome to Dudo! By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Account & Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this application. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
  • Only one account per real person and one account per device is strictly allowed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The administration is not liable for lost accounts.
2. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Activities
To maintain a fair ecosystem for all users and our advertising partners, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban without payout:
Zero Tolerance Policy
• Use of VPNs, Proxies, or Fake IPs.
• Using Emulators, Virtual Machines, or Rooted/Jailbroken devices.
• Utilizing Auto-clickers, bots, scripts, or any automated manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts on a single device or exploiting referral systems.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins)
  • The "Coins" earned within the app are virtual digital items and hold no real-world value outside the app until formally redeemed through official payout channels.
  • Coins are non-transferable between users and cannot be purchased with real money.
  • We reserve the right to modify the value, exchange rates, and availability of Coins at any time without prior notice.
4. Payouts & Verification
  • All payout requests are subject to a manual and automated security audit to verify task completion and compliance with our Anti-Fraud policy.
  • Verification and processing may take up to 24-72 business hours.
  • If our fraud detection system flags an account during the withdrawal process, the request will be declined, and the account may be suspended.
5. Account Termination
The Administration reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the app at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all accumulated Coins and pending rewards will be permanently forfeited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We hold no liability for third-party offerwalls, missing ad rewards, or payment gateway delays.

By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
