- Personal Information: Full Name and Email Address provided during registration via Google Authentication.
- Reward Distribution Details: Virtual IDs (e.g., Gaming IDs, Wallet IDs) provided explicitly by you during reward redemptions.
- Device & Advertising Data: Device OS, Advertising IDs (AAID), and network activity. This is strictly used for fraud prevention and ad-tracking mechanisms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly for legitimate business purposes and application functionality:
- To create, manage, and authenticate your account securely via Firebase.
- To process virtual reward payouts and maintain an accurate ledger of your earned coins.
- To deliver personalized programmatic advertisements and app-discovery tasks.
- To prevent fraudulent activities, cheating, and multiple account abuses.
3. Third-Party Services & Trackers
We utilize trusted third-party SDKs to keep the platform optimized, secure, and operational. These services operate under their own strict privacy policies:
- Backend Infrastructure: Google Firebase Realtime Database and Authentication for secure, encrypted data syncing.
- Advertising Partners: Networks like Adsterra, Monetag, and others, which may use Advertising IDs to serve relevant ads.
- Offerwalls & Surveys: Partners like CPX Research, Bitlabs, and Torox process your activity to credit virtual rewards to your account automatically via secure postbacks.
4. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services.
Right to Delete Data
You have the absolute right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
To delete your data, navigate to the Profile → Delete Account section within the app. Upon confirmation, your profile, balances, and history will be permanently and irreversibly erased from our Firebase servers immediately.
5. Data Security
We implement premium administrative and technical security measures (such as SSL encryption and secure Firebase Rules) to maintain the safety of your personal data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Our services do not directly target anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our database.
